Rocket Fund
Earlier this year, Park Walk launched an exciting crowd funding project on Rocket Fund. The project helped us to raise funds to purchase a set of Virtual Reality headsets. The ClassVR headsets allow all the children at Park Walk to experience amazing locations first hand throughout the world such as the Amazon Rainforest, the Great Barrier Reef and the Great Pyramid of Giza.
Our school community visited the Rocket Fund website and watched the video where our Year 1 children explained more about it. We exceeded our target of £2000 and raised £2194.00!
